- PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
Veraia is an AI-powered health and wellbeing support tool designed to assist users in understanding patterns, organising personal information and supporting self-reflection and awareness. Veraia functions as a non-clinical decision-support and wellbeing awareness system, informed by user-entered data and designed to assist carers and individuals in recognising patterns and potential next steps.
Veraia is NOT:
- A medical device
- A diagnostic tool
- A treatment platform
- A substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice
- A regulated clinical service
All information provided by Veraia is for general informational, wellbeing and organisational purposes only.
- NO MEDICAL, CLINICAL OR THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP
Use of the Platform does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, coach–client or any other professional healthcare relationship between you and Veraia or any person associated with Veraia.
You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional concerning any medical, psychological or health-related question or condition.
- NON-EMERGENCY, CARER & SUPPORT USE
Veraia may be used by individuals supporting, caring for, or monitoring the wellbeing of another person, including family members or dependents, where the user has lawful authority and consent to enter and manage such information.
Veraia does not and cannot assess physical, psychological or medical conditions directly, and does not replace evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Any decision to act, not act, seek professional advice, or delay seeking professional advice remains solely the responsibility of the user.
Veraia is not intended to be used as a sole or primary basis for decisions in acute, emergency, or life-threatening situations. In such circumstances, users must immediately contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider.
- AI LIMITATIONS & ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Veraia uses AI and automated systems that may produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading outputs.
- AI cannot fully understand personal context, medical history, emotional nuance, or real-world complexity.
- All outputs are generated based solely on the information that you provide and system pattern recognition.
Veraia makes no guarantee or warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any Content.
Any reliance on Content generated by the Platform is at your own risk.
AI-Supported Features and Limitations
Veraia uses artificial intelligence to support information organisation, pattern awareness, visual comparison, and clarity of user-provided information.
While we design our systems to be helpful and reliable, AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading. AI tools operate based on patterns in data and do not understand context in the way a human professional does.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-supported insights are provided for informational and organisational purposes only
- They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, prognosis, or treatment
- They should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decisions relating to health, care, or safety
You remain fully responsible for how you interpret and use any information provided through Veraia. Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare or other relevant professional.
- USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INPUT DATA
Veraia relies entirely on information provided by the User. We do not verify, validate or independently assess the accuracy or completeness of information entered into the Platform.
You acknowledge that:
- Incorrect, incomplete or misleading inputs will directly impact the quality and accuracy of outputs.
- Veraia is not responsible or liable for errors resulting from user-provided information.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

- Is misleading, intentionally false, or submitted in bad faith
You must not use Veraia in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others, or that attempts to misuse the platform as a substitute for professional medical care, emergency services, or regulated advice.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Veraia where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
- MINIMUM VIABLE INPUT DATASET (MVID)
In order for Veraia to generate personalised observations, a Minimum Viable Input Dataset is required. At a minimum, this may include:
- Age range
- Biological sex (or “prefer not to say” – with limited accuracy warning)
- Self-assessed wellbeing baseline score
- Primary reason for using the Platform
- Medical records for the past 1-12 month/s (duration varies based on use case and will be advised in the platform)
Until the MVID threshold is met, any information presented by Veraia must be considered general, non-personalised and informational only.
Veraia reserves the right to modify the MVID requirements at any time in order to improve safety, accuracy and functionality.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- All indicators are generated from user-submitted information only
- Veraia does not independently verify or assess physical reality
- Indicators are informational, not diagnostic
- Final judgment, action, and responsibility remain with the user
- In urgent or life-threatening situations, emergency services must be contacted immediately
Veraia does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any indicator shown and accepts no liability for decisions made by the user in reliance on them. Veraia is not designed to detect, predict, prevent, or diagnose any specific medical condition.
