Is AI the solve it all or is it just another piece of the tech stack?
Our Founder Deyana recently joined a panel discussion with fellow panelists from London to Mexico City, to discuss if AI can bridge the gap between customer expectations and the actual experience they get from a brand.
As Deyana builds Veraia, and is actively participating in a number of AI led initiatives, she continue to maintain her view that AI is just an elevated new piece of a company’s tech stack. It is not a silver bullet. AI does not magically make data siloes disappear, or disjointed internal teams align. Deyana does not believe that adding AI to an already broken set up will resolve customer satisfaction and lacking customer loyalty.
What AI does is enable companies to spot and resolve challenges faster, figure out blind spots and then support the process to get from point A to point B.
