Focusing on the unique needs of each person

Veraia is anAI powered health assistant

Veraia is a personal, AI driven, digital healthcare assistant. Not a diagnostic tool. Not a replacement for your doctor. Not another wellness app that tracks your steps and calls it healthcare.

It’s the thing that holds your health story so you don’t have to hold it all in your head.

You upload what you have — results, prescriptions, appointment notes, hospital letters, vaccine records — and Veraia organises it into a clear visual timeline that easy to understand. Your history, in one place, yours to access whenever you need it.

And when things get urgent? It’s ready before you are.

Life doesn’t come with one diagnosis, one doctor, or one moment that defines your health. Veraia is built for the in-between: the ongoing, everyday reality of managing symptoms, tests, medications, and care decisions over time.

    about us

Our Mission: Supporting Your Health and Wellbeing Journey

From “veritas” (truth) + “gaia” (earth/life). Veraia means “truth of life” a poetic nod to the clarity and compassion the platform aims to bring into healthcare and our day to day lives.

The healthcare system was built to treat episodes, not hold stories. It runs on 7-minute appointments, siloed records, and institutional amnesia. And when something goes wrong — at 2am, in a foreign country, in a moment of panic — you’re the one who’s supposed to have everything.

Veraia is not a substitute for medical care, examination or emergency services.  Veraia is not a diagnostic tool.

"I've got blood test results from January, March and now June — all from different GPs. I take metformin and levothyroxine. I've been feeling more tired than usual for about three months, I think. I also had an ultrasound in February but I can't remember what they said."
